Natalia is a data science professional with extensive experience in data analytics, marketing communications, and product management. She specializes in building data science teams and fostering a data-driven culture from scratch. Natalia is passionate about helping companies identify areas where data analytics can drive business value. Following the full-scale invasion in Russia, Natalia fled to the UK with her two daughters. She now balances a career in business, providing marketing mix modeling for a list of blue-chip clients in the UK, with her volunteering as a mentor at Projector Institute. At the institute, she advises on careers in data science and supports Ukrainian defense forces through her mentoring sessions. Passionate about lifelong learning, Natalia applies her data management expertise at Svitlo School to optimize data processing and analysis, enhancing the learning experience for teachers and students. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys mountain skiing, tennis, photography, and recently, running.
