We recognise that many of our students are in financial need and the quality and quantity of their engagement in Svitlo lessons is greatly impacted not only by the Russian attacks but also by the lack of equipment. We work closely with families to identify those who need most help and are recognised by our teachers during Svitlo lessons. In the academic year of 2022-2023 Svitlo Education and our partners were able to provide the following to our students:
Svitlo is also working in partnership with schools in Ukraine to ensure they have the necessary equipment to make their lessons more engaging and impactful for students. In the 2023-2024 academic year, Svitlo purchased 13 laptops for teachers of English and other subjects at Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium №1. This school has collaborated with Svitlo for the past two years, actively engaging their students with Svitlo School.
