Responsibilities: 

• Mini-prefect of the lesson “People around the world”, which includes keeping a log of attendance and monitoring activity in the classroom.
• Buddy, a friend-assistant for newcomers.
• The Head of Video Overview - which includes maintaining and monitoring the recording of video explanations for school lessons.
• Recording videos for TikTok and editing.
• Participant of the GSL project group 4.

Plans for the future: 

I would really like to start a creative career, i.e. shoot and come up with music videos for songs, be a film director, and create my own songs that will raise various important topics. Activism and politics are also important to me. I really want to help women and girls who have been sexually abused, to talk about it, and to change it.

One sentence to describe:

A sincere, talented, and confident person who knows what she wants and goes after her goal. 

What Svitlo School means to Kate:

Svitlo School is my second family. There are cool, inspiring and very kind people with whom I want to work. Svitlo helped me with my self-confidence, I realized that I shouldn't be afraid of mistakes because they make you stronger and no one at this school will bully you for it. I am very grateful for these opportunities!
